Deadlines:
3/14/2008 Company Description and Logo
  1. 50 Word company description including the company address, contact, phone, email and website address
  2. Logo in EPS format
3/14/2008 Participant Manual Ads
All ads should be high resolution 8.5x11 color ad no crops or bleeds pdf, print ready, scaled to the appropriate size without crop marks and submitted on a CD ROM.
3/14/2008 Staff Registration forms due
Our registration system does not allow multiple registrations at once. You must register each staff member individually.
2/29/2008 Freeman warehouse shipping begins
Onsite orders are marked up an additional 30%
3/17/2008 Freeman Discount Price Deadline
3/24/2008 Freeman warehouse shipping ends
3/30/2008 Showsite shipments begin

Decorator/Electrical/Telephone/Internet Connection

Please refer to the Freeman exhibitor kit. All decorator/electrical/telephone/internet connection has to be ordered at least four weeks prior to the conference.

Exhibit Hours

Below are the exact hours that the exhibit hall will be opened since all catered events besides lunch will be held in the exhibit hall when the sessions break.

To register your staff attending the conference, complete the online Staff Registration Form below. Please refer to your contract regarding sponsor allotments. If you go over the allocated number of passes, each additional staff member will be charged the $695 exhibitor upgrade rate. Please register all staff members by Friday, March 14, 2008.

PLEASE NOTE: When you are entering in the registration information you will have to create a new login for each staff member. When they ask you to log in DO NOT enter in your information if you are not going, enter in the information of the staff member who will be attending the conference. Unfortunately the system won't allow multiple registrations so you will have to log on again to enter another staff member.


Be sure to book your hotel rooms now! SourceMedia has reserved a block of rooms at Hilton San Francisco Hotel, San Francisco, CA. Hotel at a special discounted rate of $229.00 (not including sales tax) To make your accommodations, contact the hotel directly on 415-771-1400 or log onto  http://www.hilton.com and mention that you are attending the MDM SPRING SUMMIT. Rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis. The cut-off date to receive the early Bird group rate is Friday, March 7th 2008. After this date, rooms and rates will be based on availability.

Freeman will accept crated, boxed, or skidded materials beginning Friday February 29, 2008 at the above address. To avoid "AFTER DEADLINE" charges, materials must arrive by Monday March 24 , 2008. Late charges will apply to shipments arriving after this date. If the deadline is missed for advanced shipments to the Freeman warehouse, please ship your materials to the show site address listed below. Not before Sunday March 30, 2008.
